Can the 14th Amendment Keep Trump Off the Ballot?
In spite of the fact that former president Donald Trump is facing many dozens of criminal charges and is scheduled for several trials between now and the next election, he is determined to run for election in 2024.
But contend that because he led an insurrection against the United States, he is disqualified from holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Amira Mattar, counsel at , spoke with 大象传媒 Racial Justice Editor Sonali Kolhatkar on YES Presents: Rising Up With Sonali about a growing campaign in multiple states to disqualify Trump from the ballot.
